Honoring Alice

Alice was the sweet and charming mother of a close friend. In her final years she had to be cared for in a nursing facility. She loved company and hated when they had to leave for home. Dementia caused her confusion and anxiety, but she was always soothed by a visit from her daughter or a friend. I volunteer in honor of Alice, and hope for a cure so that others don’t have to endure what my friend went through.
